How do I know a seat is really available?
The search results and trip page use current trip availability from the active schedule.
Can I see where to board before I pay?
Yes. Pickup and drop-off stop selection happens on the trip page before booking confirmation.
Can I track my bus live?
If the driver is actively reporting location updates, the public tracking page shows live progress and ETA.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Eligible bookings can be cancelled from the booking detail page, depending on operator policy.
